Verified PC controls

The documented PC basics are WASD to move, Space to jump, Shift to sprint, Q to dash, left mouse for a light attack, and right mouse for a heavy attack. For block, interaction, skill, menu, mobile, and console inputs, check the live settings or on-screen prompt because those bindings can change.

Do not guess an undocumented key during a timed quest. Check the current settings screen, ability bar, and nearby interaction prompt before starting.

Practice movement before combat

Sprint is for long travel. Dash moves you a short distance, which is enough to leave an attack line or close in after an enemy misses.

Use this five-minute drill near Windy Peak:

  1. Sprint between two landmarks without touching combat.
  2. Dash left and right while keeping the camera on one target.
  3. Jump over a low obstacle, then turn the camera during the landing.
  4. Approach a Bandit, wait for its attack, and dash away.
  5. Return with two light attacks, then disengage again.

Later, buy Double Jump and Wall Climb in the Skill Tree. They are progression tools as well as movement options: trainer paths and Final Selection’s parkour use vertical traversal.

Turn the inputs into a combat loop

Use light attacks to test range and confirm a hit. Heavy attacks keep you committed for longer, so save them for an enemy that is recovering or controlled.

Enemy starts a normal stringUse the live block input or dashPrevents damage and stun

Keep enough stamina to leave. Spending the entire bar on offense turns the next enemy attack into guaranteed damage.

Find menus and ability inputs safely

Not every menu or combat key has a stable published binding. Slayers 2 also updates frequently, and an equipped Breathing Style, Blood Demon Art, clan, or weapon can place skills on different visible slots.

Use this check whenever an input is unclear:

  1. Open the current Settings or Controls screen.
  2. Read the action bar after equipping the weapon or style.
  3. Stand in a safe zone and press one documented prompt at a time.
  4. Watch cooldowns and resource meters to identify what activated.
  5. Recheck after changing devices or equipment.

Try each new skill key on a harmless target before taking it into Final Selection or a boss fight.

Mobile and console controls

Slayers 2 is available through Roblox on multiple device types, while the stable bindings above apply to keyboard and mouse. Mobile players should use the labeled touch buttons shown by the current client. Console players should open Roblox’s in-game control help and follow the current controller glyphs.

If a guide names a keyboard key, translate the action, not the letter. For example, a route that says “press Q to dash” means use the current on-screen Dash control on mobile or the current mapped Dash button on controller.

Fix common control problems

Dash or sprint does not work

Check stamina, confirm the game window has input focus, and make sure chat or a menu is not open. Then review the current binding in settings.

An ability key does nothing

Confirm the ability is unlocked in the Skill Tree, equipped, off cooldown, and supported by the weapon or style currently in hand. Character level alone does not grant mastery-based moves.

You cannot reach a trainer or parkour ledge

Open the Skill Tree and check Double Jump and Wall Climb. Some routes assume both upgrades rather than a hidden key.

Attacks keep missing

Stop beginning the combo from sprint distance. Enter light-attack range, let the first hit connect, then continue only while the target remains confirmed.

Inputs changed after an update

Treat the live Settings screen and on-screen prompts as final. Relearn the action in a safe zone before continuing a timed activity.

A simple control training route

Use Bandits, then Bears, then a mini-boss:

  • Bandits: light attacks, block timing, and one dash direction.
  • Bear Cubs: camera control and target separation.
  • Zuko or Mother Bear: heavy-attack punish windows and stamina discipline.
  • Parkour practice: normal jumps first, Double Jump as correction.
  • Breathing or Evil Art: add one skill at a time after the basic loop works.

Speed comes later. First, learn which input solves the situation in front of you.

FAQ

What are the Slayers 2 PC controls?

WASD moves, Space jumps, Shift sprints, Q dashes, left mouse performs a light attack, and right mouse performs a heavy attack.

What is the block key?

The current stable PC list does not include it. Check the in-game Settings or Controls screen and follow the live prompt.

Are mobile controls different?

Yes. Use the labeled touch buttons in the current Roblox client and translate keyboard instructions by action, such as Dash or Heavy Attack.

Why can I not double jump or wall climb?

They are Skill Tree upgrades. Unlock them before attempting trainer cliffs or Final Selection parkour routes.

Why will an ability not activate?

Confirm it is unlocked through mastery, equipped in the current build, off cooldown, and compatible with your active weapon or style.
